Seeds of Fortune Inc. Hosts Their Fifth Annual Bloom Boot Camp
New York, New York - (7/14/17) - On Friday, July 14th Seeds of Fortune Inc. will host their 5th Annual “Bloom Boot Camp” at Viacom Media Networks in Times Square. This year’s program will host 18 scholars in a weeklong program that will provide rising 11th and 12th grade high school women the ability to develop scholarship and college packages, career skills, as well as financial literacy through an intensive preparatory process.
Since it’s inception, Seeds of Fortune Inc. has worked to financially empower young women of color. Once the students secure their scholarships the organization works to train them on how to be financially empowered throughout college and within their personal life. This year, Seeds of Fortune Inc. celebrated over $6 million in scholarships earned by the 2017 graduating class.
This year’s guest speaker will be Taiia Smart Young - Managing editor and Entertainment Director of Latina Magazine.
