FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

{New York, NY, March 23, 2019} - Seeds of fortune Inc. has formed a partnership with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. Delta Rho Omega Chapter at the local level on their national signature Program: #CAPSM.

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. desires to assist students as they seek admission to college by providing guidance and support in completing the application and enrollment process from 2018 to 2022 through this program.

Through #CAPSM the chapter seeks to bridge the gap between high school and college by demystifying the college application and enrollment process. This educational initiative extends to all colleges and universities, both HBCUs and non-HBCUs. #CAPSM is a step-by-step approach to facilitate college admission from researching various institutions and submitting applications through completion of the enrollment process.

Delta Rho Omega consists of over 205 women who are passionate about utilizing their collective talents, skills, and power to continue the sorority’s mission of “Service to All Mankind.” The chapter’s partnership with Seeds of Fortune Inc. will assist young women of color in New York City during their junior year of high school as they complete college applications, prepare for the ACT and SAT, write compelling personal statements, identify scholarships and other financial aid, and compiling a portfolio to track college admission results.
