This initiative builds on the momentum of the December 2024 Accelerator, bringing together 14 accomplished mentors to guide, support, and empower the newest class of Ghana Scholars.
Each mentor has been carefully matched with a scholar, creating an intentional space for cross-generational dialogue, professional development, and personal growth. With a shared mission of expanding access to economic opportunity for young women, this mentorship program marks a significant milestone in our commitment to fostering global sisterhood and long-term success.
