Exploring college campuses is a crucial step in navigating the application process, especially for high schoolers wanting to get a feel of the academic and campus lifestyle. Many colleges offer fly-in programs, providing an immersive experience to help students make informed decisions. Below are opportunities from our College Partners!

 

1. Harvey Mudd College | Future Achievers in Science and Technology (FAST)

Claremont, California | September 22-24 OR October 27-29, 2024

Application Deadline: August 8, 2024



The FAST program at Harvey Mudd College is designed for high-achieving students interested in STEM fields. Attendees will explore academic programs, meet faculty and students, and participate in hands-on activities. This program offers a glimpse into the rigorous and collaborative environment of Harvey Mudd, emphasizing the college's focus on innovation and excellence in science and technology.

 

2. Babson College | Access Babson

Wellesley, Massachusetts | October 6-7 2024

Application Deadline: August 2, 2024


Access Babson is designed for high-achieving high school seniors from diverse backgrounds to experience Babson’s entrepreneurial environment. It calls for a chance to stay on campus, attend classes, and engage with faculty and students. Apply today for an enriching experience with one of our college partners.

 

3. Washington University in St. Louis | Preview Day

St. Louis, Missouri | Summer TBD

Preview Days are designed for high-achieving students from diverse backgrounds to experience WashU through classes, workshops, and interactions with faculty and students. High school seniors will also learn about the university’s academic programs, student support services, and campus life. The program includes tours, admissions sessions, and opportunities to connect with current students and faculty.

 

4. Bucknell University | Journey to Bucknell

Lewisburg, Pennsylvania | October 27-29, 2024

Application Deadline: September 30, 2024



Journey to Bucknell is aimed at high-achieving, underrepresented high school seniors. Participants will experience academic and social life at Bucknell, including attending classes and interacting with faculty and current students. With a school seeking bright leaders, and engaging students who are also driven, look into exploring their campus atmosphere!

 

5. Claremont McKenna College | Fall Preview

Claremont, California | October 6-8, 2024

Application Deadline: August 19, 2024


Fall Preview invites high-achieving students from underrepresented backgrounds to experience life at Claremont McKenna. Expect to attend classes, meet faculty, and engage with current students. Workshops during this event may include financial aid, resume building, and more!

 

6. College of the Holy Cross | Perspectives Program

Worcester, Massachusetts | November 9-11, 2024

Application Deadline: October 4, 2024


Perspectives is for high-achieving students from underrepresented backgrounds, offering a chance to experience academic and social life at Holy Cross through classes, workshops, and interactions with the campus community. The program includes discussions on academic opportunities, student life, and support services, providing a thorough introduction to Holy Cross.

 

7. Tulane University | PreviewTU

New Orleans, Louisiana | October 13-15, 2024 OR varies by program

Application Deadline: September 5, 2024



PreviewTU is aimed at high-achieving students from underrepresented backgrounds, providing an opportunity to explore Tulane’s academic and social environment through classes, workshops, and interactions with the campus community. Participants will experience life at Tulane by staying on campus, attending lectures, and participating in cultural activities that highlight the vibrant New Orleans atmosphere.

 

8. University of Chicago | Voltage Scholars Program

Chicago, Illinois | Summer 2025

The University of Chicago’s Voltage Scholars Program offers a unique opportunity for high-achieving sophomores from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds to experience life at UChicago. This immersive program includes staying on campus, attending classes, and engaging with faculty and current students. Students will also have the chance to explore the city of Chicago, attend special events, and gain insights into the admissions process. The program emphasizes UChicago’s commitment to inclusivity and academic excellence, providing a comprehensive overview of what the university has to offer.

 

9. Boston College | BC Experience

Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts | Fall 2025

The BC Experience Program is focused on underrepresented students, providing an opportunity to explore Boston College through classes, workshops, and interactions with faculty and students. The program showcases the college’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, offering sessions on financial aid and the application process. Each student will also have the chance to experience campus life firsthand by staying in residence halls.

 

10. Bryn Mawr College | THRIVE*

Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania | Fall 2024

THRIVE is for high-achieving students from underrepresented backgrounds. Participants will stay on campus, attend classes, and engage with the Bryn Mawr community to get a sense of the college’s academic and social environment. The program includes faculty-led seminars, student panels, and cultural events, providing a comprehensive look at life at Bryn Mawr. Lasting 10 weeks, you will surely be immersed in the school's culture.

 

11. Colorado College | Pre-College Block

Colorado Springs, Colorado | Fall 2025

This program, Pre-College Block, is designed for students from diverse backgrounds to explore Colorado College. Participants will attend classes, meet faculty, and stay with current students to get a sense of campus life. The program also features information sessions on admissions, financial aid, and the unique Block Plan curriculum

 

12. George Washington University | Your GW

Washington, D.C. | Fall 2025

Your GW is aimed at high-achieving students from underrepresented backgrounds. The program includes attending classes, meeting faculty, and engaging with current students to experience life at GW. Participants will also explore the university’s resources, attend workshops on the admissions process, and enjoy cultural activities in the nation’s capital.

 

13. Lasell University | Preview Programs

Newton, Massachusetts | TBD

This program is designed for high-achieving students from diverse backgrounds, offering a chance to experience Lasell University through classes, workshops, and interactions with faculty and students. Participants will stay on campus, attend information sessions on admissions and financial aid, and engage in cultural activities. Lasell’s commitment to inclusivity and academic excellence can be seen by their engagement with students and focus on advancement.

 

14. University of Notre Dame | Pre-Summer Programs

Notre Dame, Indiana | Fall 2025

Summer Scholars Programs offer high-achieving scholars a chance to experience 2 weeks on the school's campus. Opportunities include working alongside professors, exploring the city, and building a network made to support YOU!
