Nitiya Walker left Brooklyn to obtain an undergraduate degree as a Posse Leadership Scholar at Babson College on a $250,000 scholarship, graduating in 2014. She believed it was her duty to help ease the financial burdens of those in her generation; therefore she created a scholarship program to help teen girls obtain local and national scholarships called Seeds of Fortune Inc.

Ambra Brice is a native of Gibsland, Louisiana residing in New York City. Since relocating, Ambra's background in Fashion and Marketing has led her to a number of opportunities at Marie Claire Magazine, Jimmy Choo, and currently as an Associate Marketing Manager for Time, Inc. In addition, she runs her own personal blog AmbraSimone.com where she fulfills her passion for inspiring and help women find inner confidence through their wardrobe as a form of expression. Ambra holds a Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Grambling State University and a Masters of Professional Studies in Fashion Marketing from LIM College.
Nicole Irvine is currently a Funeral Director at Lawerence H Funeral Homes.
Kadesha Maddox is an alumna from Appalachian State University in North Carolina. She holds a B.S. in Communication; Public Relation. In 2017 she moved to New York to pursue a career in marketing. A year later and lots of hard work she now works in digital marketing as an Account Manager for Programmatic Mechanics. As a first-generation college graduate, she enjoys mentoring young girls of color and providing opportunities for them to excel in their educations and careers. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., where she has participated in various volunteer programs with emphasis on education, health and community. Kadesha believes the best way to change her community is to empower others educationally and financially.
A Seed Coach, forms a one-to-one advising relationship with a young woman of color to transform her passion and dreams into a powerful story for her college and scholarship application and helps her pick schools for college.

-Stipend - $13-$15 an hour (12-25 an hour per Semester - Summer, Fall, Spring)
The Writing Coach will be in charge of bringing the Scholar to a Final College Essay submit-able to colleges by enhancing the Scholar's final draft by working 1-1 to understanding the scholars essay story, strengthening, and editing of their piece. Writing Coaches will be working with 1-2 Scholars.
Grammar, Story Structure and Development will be an essential part of the role.
